2x kaufland cream 30% - (400g) dry milk - 40g sugar - 150g cocoa - 40g xantam gum - 1 tsp Use the big plastic flat box Mix everything but the cocoa together and whip with mixer until it thickens a bit Add to freezer for 2 hours Mix in the cocoa on slow speed
